Every MLBB account belongs to a region, set when the account was created. Diamond packages, prices and some items are tied to that region. A package for the Bangladesh region may not work on a Philippines account, and the other way round. Your region is not always the country you live in — for example, an account created while using a VPN, or bought from someone else, can be on a different region.

What Is the MLBB Double Diamond Bonus?
Moonton gives a first recharge bonus on certain diamond packs: the first time an account buys one of these packs, it receives extra bonus diamonds — often double. Once an account has used the bonus for a pack, later purchases of that pack give only the normal amount until Moonton resets the bonus (this happens from time to time, often around events).
That is why two players can buy the same pack and receive different amounts. The difference is not the seller — it is whether the account still has the bonus available.
How to Check Your Double Diamond Status
The Region Checker also shows your double diamond status for the standard bonus packs — which ones your account has already used and which ones are still available. Check it before you buy so you know exactly how many diamonds you will receive.
