How to Find Your Free Fire UID
- Open Garena Free Fire and wait for the lobby to load.
- Tap your profile picture (avatar) at the top left of the screen.
- Your UID is the number shown under your nickname. Tap the copy icon next to it, or write it down carefully.
Free Fire does not use a Zone ID or Server ID for top ups. The UID is enough.
Check Your UID Before You Pay
- Copy, do not type. Copying avoids swapped or missing digits.
- Check the nickname. A good top up site shows your in-game name after you enter the UID. If the name is not yours, stop.
- Buying for a friend? Ask them to send a screenshot of their profile, not the number typed in a message.
Topped Up the Wrong UID? What to Do
If you entered someone else's UID and the order is already delivered, the diamonds are in that account. Top ups cannot be moved between accounts, so in most cases the diamonds cannot be recovered or refunded. What you can do:
- Contact the seller immediately with your order ID. If the order has not been processed yet, it may still be stopped.
- If the wrong UID belongs to someone you know, ask them. There is no official way to transfer diamonds.
- Next time, copy the UID and check the nickname before paying.
Diamonds Not Received After Top Up?
- Restart the game and check your in-game mail.
- Check that the UID in your order matches your profile.
